At Care Check we can tailor an account to suit our clients’ individual needs so that the system works in the best possible way for them.
There are two types of accounts which can be created:
This system is used by the majority of our clients. It has one primary account, but you can add as many users as you would like at either full applicant manager level or as an ID checker. This means all your disclosures are kept within one dashboard, with HR users having role defined access as chosen by the client. Applicant managers can validate applicant ID, approve and track applications as well as being able to view the completed certificate notifications on return. They can also access the systems reports as required. If you have users that you don’t want to have full access, they can be set up as ID checkers so that when these users log in they can only validate the applicants ID and the application would have to be approved by the applicant manager before processing.
Multi account systems
We recommend multi-account systems to clients who may have multiple sites and require the users at those sites to manage the DBS process, however, a HR manager will have overall view of the process. So, for example, we would set up a main head office account and then supplementary accounts for the separate sites or projects. Each site or project would be able to see their own disclosures, but the users on the main account would be able to see all the disclosures for their group on one account dashboard. We do not charge for tailored accounts and we organise as many accounts as required.
Example case study for Multi Account System
Care Home Group has 50 care homes in their organisation. Care Home Group has set up an account for each home allowing the managers and deputy managers of each home to complete, validate ID and approve applications. They also have the results come back to them. The head office of Care Home Group has a main account, showing the disclosures for all its homes on one dashboard. They have the facility to ID validate, approve and view the results for all of their homes in one place, saving them time and money on their recruitment process.
