e-Bulk is completely paperless. On the whole the majority of alternative Umbrella bodies offer a form completion service. This means the applicant fills out the form and then it is printed by the Umbrella Body and sent out for the applicant to sign and the ID to be verified by the responsible person. It is then sent back to the Umbrella Body and on to the CRB. This is actually a slower process than just filling out a hard copy form and sending off to the Umbrella Body.
