e-Bulk Paperless Online Applicatons

Once you have registered your enquiry we will contact you to discuss your requirements. Upon registration we will provide you and if applicable your HR Staff members with secure access to the e-Bulk system. Once you have access you are able to start submitting your applications online immediately.

Application Process

Your staff member logs on to our web site and completes their application, this is a simple 5 step process where no errors can occur due to our e-Bulk system identifying errors during completion and advising the applicant of where they have gone wrong. This means you will never again have an application form returned for amendment.

The applicant is then told to produce their original ID to the ID Checker registered within your organisation, it provides the applicant with a full list of acceptable ID and sends the applicant an email providing them with their unique reference number. This number can be used in the event of an enquiry.

The ID Checker from within your organisation then logs on to our e-Bulk system and enters the applicants ID details. Once again unless the correct amount of ID is provided the e-Bulk system will not accept the application, no errors, faster application process!

The application is then ready for transfer to Care Check via the e-Bulk system and then on to the Criminal Records Bureau and directly in to their IT systems for processing.

This whole process from the applicant filling in their application form online, the ID Checker confirming the applicants ID to it arriving with Care Check and on to the CRB can all take place on the same day, where a paper application would take at least three days due to postage.

Once completed the clear Disclosure Certificate is transferred back to the registered organisation via the e-Bulk system in the form of a PDF Document and can be kept securely on the server or printed off if needed and then kept and later destroyed in accordance with the CRB Code of Practice. A paper certificate is also sent to the applicants home address.

This process is so easy and will cut down on your CRB timescale's a huge amount. When you log on to the e-Bulk system you will also be able to see all pending and completed applications, track applications at the push of a button and apply and obtain ISA Adult 1st Checks within 24 hours.

 


Paper Route Applications


Once you have registered your enquiry we will contact you to discuss your requirements. Upon registration we will provide you and if applicable your HR Staff members with paper application forms via next day delivery. Once you have these you can't start checking your staff members immediately.

Application Process

At point of interview you will need to provide your staff member with their application form. They then complete the form and the ID Checker from within your organisation completed the ID section of the application form.

The form is then sent to Care Check for initial processing. If the form is completed correctly it is then sent on to the Criminal Records Bureau, if errors are found on the application it is returned for amendment or we will contact the applicant to amend the errors over the telephone.

Once the CRB have received the application they will perform their checks, this will take approximately 2 weeks for Standard applications and 4 weeks for Enhanced.

When the application is completed one certificate is sent directly to the applicant from the CRB, a second copy is sent to us and then forwarded on to the nominated individual within your organisation and can be kept in accordance with the CRB Code of Practice.
